Overview
PlayYourCourt is a technology-driven racquet sports community and mobile instruction company headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Founded in 2008 by CEO Scott Baxter, the platform was established to remove traditional tennis club barriers by making high-caliber instruction, match pairing, and community play convenient and affordable for players of all skill levels.
Operating across major metropolitan markets nationwide, PlayYourCourt acts as a digital "club without walls." The platform uses a proprietary skill-matching algorithm to connect players with local opponents, practice partners, and USPTA/PTR-certified coaches who travel to the player's court of choice. By removing the overhead costs associated with brick-and-mortar facilities, PlayYourCourt gives a personalized tennis and pickleball experience directly to local parks and neighborhood courts.
